Endicott’s Bayview Residence Hall of 55,000 SF. provides 200 new beds in 100 double occupancy suites. This residence hall was designed as a companion building to the last residence hall constructed by Endicott College. The two buildings work together to form a residential quadrangle. These 400 new beds serve Endicott’s south campus conference center during the summer conference season. The new hall also provides function rooms on each floor and provides each room with multiple tel/data ports for total integrated communication. Common spaces are located to take advantage of wonderful ocean views across Hale Street onto the Beverly Salem Harbor.
